dm1.1 is specially designed for broadband vibration MEMS testing in an extended temperature range. The armature design allows in plane and out of plane vibration exitation up to 60 kHz. Due to the special chosen componentes the vibration exciter can operate in a climatic chamber from -40 °C up to 120 °C (-40 °F to 248 °F). A special designed membrane bearing system combines the perfomance and the robustness needed for high class testing.
