2. Your rights in relation to personal data
Among other things, they are entitled to

5. Legal bases of the processing
The collection of the IP address in the server log files is based on the legal provisions of the Art. 6 para. 1 lit f DSGVO (legitimate interest). The legitimate interest here is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data or information provided on this website (e.g. to clarify abusive acts).
If you are our customer, we process your personal data because this is necessary to fulfil the contract concluded with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit b DSGVO).
For the purpose of marketing activities, we will only process your personal data with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO ).
6. Contacting
If you contact us (e.g. by e-mail, telephone, contact form), the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
7. Access data and log files
Our hosting provider automatically records your IP address when you visit our website. This is stored in so-called server log files together with other information (browser type, operating system used, referrer URL, time and date).
This data is not merged with other data sources and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about specific individuals.
The data is processed anonymously by the hosting provider on a monthly basis for statistical purposes and then deleted. We reserve the right to check the server log files retrospectively in the event of suspicion of unlawful use of our offer.
8. Third party contents and services
Our offer sometimes includes contents, services and performances of other providers. In order for this data to be accessed and displayed in the user’s browser, the transmission of your IP address to the provider is mandatory. Even though we endeavour to only use providers who only require the IP address in order to be able to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address may be stored. Among other things, this process serves statistical purposes. If we are aware that the IP address is stored, we inform our users separately.

Insofar as this is absolutely necessary for the purposes of processing the data, we will transfer parts of your personal data to the following recipients:

10. Storage period
The duration of storage is determined by the consent you have given, and also by the statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us, as well as the processing time for your enquiries.
In accordance with the principles of the GDPR, we are only concerned to retain personal data for as long as it is necessary for the actual purpose or for as long as it is required by the statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us. If the purpose of the collected information no longer applies or the retention period ends, we delete or block the data.
The collected data in the server log files are deleted after 30 days.
11. Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on the computer of a user of the platform in order to be able to offer the functionality of the platform. Only technically necessary and mandatory cookies are set.
